What is Leaders of Tomorrow®?
STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics; added applied sciences and space place
GLEN - Government, Law, Education, Non-profit
BUSINESS - Finance consulting, Entrepreneurship, Marketing/PR
- The primary focus is to expose our youth to various career opportunities post high school. These include college and non-traditional pathways.
- LOT® is a college prep program; however, we understand that our Leaders have multiple options after graduation including a 2-year college, trade school, certification courses, military service, and entering the workforce. We offer alternative options for our leaders to ensure they are successful post-high school.

Exposure and opportunity are integral to our mission. Summer jobs, internships, interviewing, and resume tips are all included.

Applications Open
Applications are currently open for our Atlanta Leaders of Tomorrow® Fall '24-Spring '24 Session year! The LOT® Program is a comprehensive programmatic approach for providing leadership development and STEM and STEAM exposure to high school students. The program is driven by mentoring across five developmental areas: Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Readiness, Career Preparation, and Life Skills. By providing programming centered around these five core areas, we provide readiness for college, career, and life.
If you are a high school student in grades 9-12 with leadership potential who resides in/around the metro Atlanta area - now is your chance to apply!
Step 1: Complete the application.
- Leaders will be notified of their program acceptance within 2 weeks of submission.
Step 2: Sign up for membership.
- Parents and Leaders must attend the program orientation via Zoom on September 6th. The program begins Saturday, September 28th.
