New Member Onboarding & Engagement – Creating structured touchpoints to ensure new members feel welcomed and can easily integrate into the chapter.

Member Retention & Experience – Developing initiatives that encourage long-term engagement and maximize the value members receive throughout their journey.

Membership Hospitality & Event Experience – Supporting event check-ins, networking facilitation, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality member experience at chapter programs.

Corporate & Community Membership Growth – Expanding membership through outreach to professionals, corporate partners, and community organizations.
