The Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT®) Program is the signature initiative of the NBMBAA® Atlanta Chapter, dedicated to empowering high school students to become culturally aware, academically accomplished, and globally competitive leaders.

Each year, participants engage in monthly interactive sessions that focus on:

Financial Literacy
College & Career Readiness
Life Skills
Community Engagement

Students leave the LOT® program equipped with practical tools, mentorship, and experiences that prepare them for success both academically and personally.
