Guiding the Next Generation of Business Leaders
Inspiring High School Students to Lead, Succeed, and Excel
Program Overview
The Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT®) Program is the National Black MBA Association’s flagship initiative for high school students. It is designed to cultivate the next generation of culturally aware, academically excellent, and globally competitive leaders.
Each year, students participate in monthly sessions focused on:
Leadership development
Financial literacy
College and career readiness
Life skills
Community service
Who: High school students (Grades 9–12) in Metro Atlanta
When: September 2025 – June 2026
(Monthly Saturday sessions + 2nd Saturday Zoom sessions)
Format: In-person sessions, events, and optional national opportunities Cost:
$25 annual NBMBAA® membership (Sign up here)
$550 program fee (installment plans available; invoices provided upon acceptance)
Financial assistance may be available
Business Case Competition Success
Students may be selected to compete in the NBMBAA® National Business Case Competition, solving real-world challenges and presenting to executive judges.
The Atlanta LOT® Chapter has consistently excelled:

LOT® participants explore industries through career community tracks, connecting their passions to real-world professions:

Students gain insights through workshops, speakers, and hands-on experiences led by Black professionals in each field.
LOT® Student Board
The Leaders of Tomorrow® Student Board is a select group of high-performing students who represent their peers and shape program direction.
How to Join:
Applications are part of the annual LOT® Program application. Interested students should indicate interest and participate in an interview or selection process.
